
INGREDIENTS
1 Large onion Cut in Half and sliced
1 Large carrot peeled and grated
2 Garlic cloves peeled and crushed
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Chilli pepper
1 Knorr Chicken Bouillon concentrate
200 gr. left over chicken
2 Green onions sliced finely for garnish
Salt & Pepper
2 Cups of Jasmine Rice
3 1/4 Cups Water
Vegetable oil
METHOD
Saute the garlic and onion in Vegetable oil until translucent.
Add the Chicken and saute for a few minutes
Add the Rice previously washed and drained
Add the Water and Bouillon concentrate
Salt, Pepper & Chili and bring to a boil.
Bake in a pre-heated 180 Celsius oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Garnish with Scallions, Coriander.
Even better… reheat the leftovers the following day !
