Rice Greek Salad with Panzanella Salad Leftovers

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of Cooked Basmati rice
150 Gr. Greek Feta Cheese
10-12 Calamata Olives
Half Teaspoon Oregano

METHOD
Cook the Basmati rice the night before
Simply add crumbled Feta Cheese, olives and Oregano & mix well.
Serve with Greek bread or Pita Bread.
Perfect for a crowd

TIP DU JOUR # 1 . For a rich and creamy rice texture, add 4 tablespoon of butter and two bay leaves when cooking the rice. It makes all the difference in the world.
