Turkish Salad

A wonderful alternative to Greek Salad

INGREDIENTS
2 Italian Tomatoes cut in bite size pieces
1 Red Pepper cut in bite size pieces
1 Small Red onion – Cut in half and sliced finely
1 Small Cucumber Cut in bite size pieces
3-4 Tablespoon of Pomegranate seeds
1/2 Cup of Italian Parsley – Flat Parsley

Vinaigrette
3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Pomegranate Molasse
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Sumac
3-4 Calamata Olives for garnish
Salt & Pepper

Mix the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the vegetables. Serve with warm pittas !
