

INGREDIENTS
2 Cod Fillet at room temperature
2 Tablespoon Soja Sauce
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
Pepper to taste
Scallions for garnish
METHOD
Preheat the oven at 250 Celsius with the Grill on.
In a small saucepan pour all the ingredients and mix well. Cook at low boil, until the mixture has reduced by a third.
Once reduced, glaze each fillet with a brush on both sides.
Grill in the oven for 4 minutes on each side until grilled and crispy
Spoon the remaining sauce over the fillet and garnish with scallions.
Do not use salt, as the soya sauce is quite salty already.
You can also steam the fillet in a Chinese basket – Equally good.
