To celebrate a friend’s birthday, we opened the Gallery for a small group and decided to cook a few of our favourites cocktail food. Our Red Pepper Jelly with cream cheese on a Soda cracker is always a great success. We also included Parmesan Grissini, Olive Tapenade Bread rolls, a few Macarons and our traditional Chocolate Mini-Cupcakes.
Just about the best party food one could imagine! It looks beautiful, Rene!
