Peasant bread in a bowl

INGREDIENTS
462 Gr. All purpose flour – Bread flour (preferred)
50 Gr. Rye flour
2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt (10 Gr)
454 Gr. Lukewarm water
8 Gr. Sugar
8 Gr. Instant yeast
That’s it !

PREPARATION
In a large bowl, stir all the ingredients and mix until well incorporated. That’s it !
Cover the bowl with a cling film or a tea towel and let the bread do its thing for two hours.
In the meantime, butter two small bowls and set side.
After two hours, using two forks, split the dough in half and pour each half in two bowls.
Let the dough rest for another 30 minutes.
In the meantime, preheat your oven at 190 Degrees (I use the fan setting)
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce your oven at 175 degrees and bake for another 15-17 minutes, until golden brown.
Wait for an hour before eating… yes, an hour… Well worth the wait !
