Tom Ka Soup with Chicken Dumpling filling leftover

In a pinch… ready in 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Tom Ka Soup Enveloppe… yes, a ready-made soup !
Left-over Chicken Dumplings you roll out in Quenelle-style
Finely sliced onions – Shallots or Green Onion
Fresh Coriander finely chopped
2 Packs of Rice Noodles – covered in boiling water for 10 minutes.

METHOD
Make the soup according to instructions – Pour the content of the soup and add a quart of water.
Bring to a boil and add the chicken mixture, one tablespoon at a time and cook for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, take two pieces of Rice noodle blocks and cover with boiling water for approx. 10 minutes.
Serve the soup – cover the bowl with rice noodles and add chicken quenelles. Garnish with onion slices, coriander or Spring onion; whatever you have on hand.
