2 Salmon Fillets
2 Tablespoon Hot Chilli Sauce – You can use Sriracha, Gochujan or Chilli Sauce
1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 Clove Garlic finely grated
1 1 cm piece of Ginger finely Grated
Pepper to taste
1 Scallion finely chopped
2 Tablespoon Crispy fried onions
Sesame seeds for decoration
Make the marinade by mixing all ingredients above in a bowl.
Place the fillet in the bowl and marinate for 1 hour before cooking.
Preheat the oven at 225 Degrees Celcius – GRILL setting.
Place the two salmon fillets on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper (no cleaning needed after … ) and grill for 4 minutes on one side.
Turn the fillet over and grill for another 4 minutes.
Pour some of the leftover sauce on the fillets and garnish the fillets with chopped scallions, crispy fried onions and sesame seeds.
Serve with Steamed Jasmine Rice and Bok choi.
