I used a wonderful pie dish from Emile Henry. The beauty and performance of this iconic pie dish elevates pie baking from ordinary to art as it insulates and evenly distributes heat during baking. The result, a feast for the eyes and the palate. From the oven, to the table, this is a very festive way to present dessert.
