Spicy & Sticky Chicken

Ideal with Chicken wings, you can also use chicken thighs just like the picture above.
I finish the cooking with by grilling the pieces for a few minutes at high heat.

Serves 4
1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 Large Onion finely chopped
1 Garlic clove finely minced
1 Tablespoon Honey
4 Tablespoons Ketchup
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Teaspoon English Mustard
8 Chicken Wings or 4 Chicken Thighs or 8 Chicken Drumsticks
2 Tablespoons flour, seasoned with Salt & Pepper

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius and cover a baking tray with aluminum foil.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients, except the flour in a medium size bowl.
In a separate bowl, place the chicken pieces and stir in flour. Mix well to cover every piece of chicken with a little flour.
Transfer the chicken pieces in the sauce, making sure they are all covered.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Turn the grill mode on and keep in the oven for a few more minutes, making sure the chicken pieces are crispy and start to brown on all sides.
Serve with water finger bowls and plenty of napkins !
