INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Jasmine Rice from the day before
2 Celery branches cut finely in diagonal
2 Scallions cut finely in diagonal
1 Large carrot grated
250 Gr. minced pork
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
2 Dried red pepper cut in small pieces
2 Garlic cloves finely minced
1 Teaspoon ginger finely grated
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat your wok until it starts to smoke – Add the vegetable oil and when it starts to smoke, add the minced pork and cook rapidly for about 2 minutes, mixing constantly.
Add all the vegetables, garlic and ginger at once and continue to cook for about 2 minutes.
Finally add the rice, soy sauce, sesame and cook for another minute.
As easy as that. It is delicious and allows you to use any vegetables you may have in the fridge.
TIP DU JOUR :
For the rice, double the recipe and use any leftover the following day for a wonderful fried rice. It cooks better the following day and the starch has time to develop and make the grains firmer.
