
A simple recipe bursting with flavor!
This one-bowl treat uses everyday ingredients you likely already have at home — easy to make and guaranteed success every time.
INGREDIENTS
3 Large eggs at room temperature
250 Gr. granulated sugar
100 Ml Vegetable oil
5 Ml White vinegar
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
10 Gr. baking powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 orange
500 Gr. all purpose flour
15 Gr. butter melted
1/2 Cup powder sugar for coating

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 170°C (350°F).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a soft, uniform dough forms.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
Shape the dough into small balls, then roll each one in powdered sugar to coat.
Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 23 minutes, or until lightly golden.
