Asian Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower can be quite…. uninspiring… But no more with this recipe, which turns this bland vegetable into a delicious accompaniment to any asian dish.

1 Medium size cauliflower cut into small florets
1/2 cup of Soya Sauce
2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
2 tablespoon liquid honey
2 Tablespoon Sriraha sauce
Pepper to taste
3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Scallions finely chopped
Sesame seeds for garnish

Preheat your over at 180 Degrees celsius at Grill setting.

Cut a medium size cauliflower into small florets and place in a plastic sealable bag. Using a small bowl, mix the soya sauce, sesame oil, honey, Sriraha sauce, pepper and olive oil and pour into the bag.
Mix well and let the vegetable rest for a few minutes
Pour the vegetables onto a parchment paper covered baking pan and put in the oven and grill for about 5-7 minutes, until the edges are brown and slightly burned. Toss them in the pan and bake again for a few more minutes, until all sides are golden brown.
Serve with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
