We bid farewell to our friend Sheila who is returning to Switzerland. She asked us to prepare dumplings…of course, we had to oblige. So we created an inspired Pan-Asian dinner with Wonton Soup, Steam Dumplings with Thai Peanut Sauce, Korean Grilled Chicken with Lemon Salt and Jasmine rice, along with a Crushed cucumber salad and Pickled daikon.
